Mandatory Assignment in IoT

Idea:

To define an experiment which including Raspberry Pi and different sensors.

Deadlines and Delivery:

You can work either individual or in a two - three person group.

Date 22^nd March

Each individual / group must be announc e to the teacher before 22^nd March at lunch time (see google document)

Each individual / group must also define the goal (What will you try) for your experiments - also to be announced the 22^nd March .

Date 22^nd March to 28^th April

Work with the experiment in the period 22^nd March to 28^th April

Date 28^th April

Demonstration of prototypes in the cantina area Friday the 28^th April between 1 PM and 3 PM.

You must post a blog with your result i.e.

• what your tried the goal of your experiment,
• what you obtained (pictures of running experiment, wiring diagram(s) e.g. Fritzing diagram, the python program),
• who you are,
• Identify who have done the different parts (if you are more than one person)

In addition you must hand in (the same material in Wiseflow you can upload a link to your blog)

The teacher to pass this mandatory assignment must accept your blog.

Detailed description:

You can do different experiments like

• try to make the robot moving ...
• use the web camera to live stream / make stop motion / picture recognition ...
• remote controlled car
• make some gaming
• Count how many time the DSR refrigerator have opened, count number of sold beers / soft drinks
• ...
• even more ...
• I think you have even much more ideas - just try to see how far you can come.
